The “Bring Out The Leader In You” Coaching Program assists people in exploring ways they can become more effective leaders. The process is designed to identify the individual needs of the person and create a program that best meets those needs.  The foundation of the process is built around discovering effective leader characteristics, understanding ourselves and others, communicating effectively, creating a positive team spirit, discovering our vision, and developing a support system.

The value-focused principles discovered in “Bring Out The Leader In You” are not difficult…it is the change that can be challenging.  The reinforcement, encouragement, and support that participants receive over the three-month program helps them to make the changes necessary to be successful leaders in all areas of their life. The willingness and commitment of the participant is critical to the success of this process.

The one-on-one relationship with the coach is confidential in nature.  A safe place is created for expression of thoughts and feelings. A variety of assignments are created based on the specific needs of the participant.  My belief is that everyone has inside them what it takes to be successful. Description of Program

The process consists of:

1.  An introductory meeting to determine if there is a match with the coach and the person being coached. 

2.  Two meetings per month over a three-month period for approximately one hour each.

3.  Brief conversations via telephone and/or e-mail/faxes between sessions.

4.  Personalized Style Analysis Report, “77 Secrets to Leadership Success” Book, and Coaching Manual for handouts, note taking, and assignments.
